Level Up delivers a curated newsletter for leaders in tech. A project by Ideal for busy people such as Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, VPs of Engineering, CTOs and more.

Thanks to those who provided some very concrete feedback last week. I want to focus on two specific points:
  1. I apologise for the broken HBR link I sent last week. It didn’t resolve due to a weird interaction of the default tracking parameters added by this newsletter platform. The link should work if you remove the query strings, but unfortunately I can’t do anything on this platform. I have asked for them to look into it! 🤞
  2. I also had feedback about adding in an approximate reading time. It’s not a feature of this platform yet, so I’ve found a lo-fi way of doing this (manually) until then. I hope this proves useful.
I hope you enjoy this week’s content. If you find it useful, please forward to someone else and send me feedback.
